Job Description

Key Accountabilities

·Produce Instruction Manuals for equipment manufactured. This involves liaising with other departments to gather required information for inserting into a MS Word document.
·Provide administrative support throughout the company as and when required.
·Reception duties including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors (minimal due to COVID)
·Manage own workload to ensure targets and deadlines are met.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working in a similar administrative role -MS Outlook - sending and forwarding emails -MS Word -insertion and formatting of tables, insertion and re-sizing of images and shapes, use of headings and styles, document layout formatting i.e. page breaks etc., creating restricted editing templates with drop-down/text entry options -MS Excel - data entry, creating charts Adobe Acrobat - creating PDF documents from other programmes, inserting/removing pages·Excellent attention to detail ·Ability to use own initiative ·Ability to prioritise own workload ·Excellent organisational and planning skills to meet agreed timescales ·Willingness to adopt a hands-on approach when required ·Strong verbal and written communication skills
