Job Description

The main purpose of this role will be to support the finance team with administrative duties, including supporting Purchase and sales ledger as well as being able to provide and prepare financial reporting through the use of excel.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice Processing, supplier reconciliations, resolving queries
  • Allocating cash, Credit Card Payments
  • Creating new supplier accounts
  • Management of expense claim/system
  • Providing absence cover for the finance team
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have a good understanding and proven experience of an administration position Looking to secure an opportunity within finance Have an adaptable personality, be hands on and result-s orientated. Posses good Excel skills to V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables as a minimum A good analytical brain and a great communicator
