* Teaching Assistant (Qualified / Unqualified)
* Nursery / Early Years Assistant (Qualified / Unqualified)
* Graduate Teaching Assistant (Must be degree educated)
* Specialist 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
* Learning Support Assistant (Academic / SEN)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* You will have relevant academic and/or SEN experience * Strong Classroom Management Skills Innovative and resourceful assistance methods * Dedicated to assisting every pupil in their growth and development * Have experience of supporting emotional and behavioural difficulties, specific to Autism and ADHD, and will have a calm nature * Confident with the UK National Curriculum * Have a genuine passion for the development of each child in your care providing an inclusive environment where all can learn, and all are encouraged to meet their full potential * Confident planning interventions and tracking progress alongside the main class teacher
