Job Description

Duties will involve working on a case management system and duties will be:

  • Inputting Service Requests
  • Printing out documents
  • Printing out reminder letters
  • Searching for premises and cross checking

Also post duties including:

  • Printing out letters and enveloping them, then letting the sender know it is posted
  • Taking post from the post room and ensuring it is scanned and sent to the right person/put in the right pigeon hole
  • Doing various tasks handed out to me by officers (printing/laminating/binding/sorting out cheques and postal orders)

The hours are full time from 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday (37 hours) and the role will start early March initially for 2-3 months to start with.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have excellent IT Skills Have strong office administration experience Be an excellent communicator both verbally
