Job Description

• Provide telephony and email-based support

• Provide administrative support to all teams

• Ensuring all administrative functions associated to your duties and role are completed to a high standard and within the provided timescales

• Support Clients and employees of the company regarding telephone and email administrative requests

• Process sales orders and manage the uploading of data and communications to company software to keep a complete audit trail

• Oversee and manage freelancers that work alongside the company

• Project manage accounts overseas (India, China, USA)

• Review and reconcile accounts

• Process payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts

• Organise and store documents and computer-based information

• Create and maintain filing and other office systems

• Keep diaries and arrange appointments


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• 2/3 years of administration and sales administration experience  • IT/Computer literate – experience of using MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel • Able to embrace new systems and software quickly and efficiently • You enjoy variety in your working day and enjoy working in a small and growing team • You are an enthusiastic self-starter, someone who takes initiative with a can-do attitude and you can be flexible within your role • A clear and precise communicator – you have outstanding communication skills and consider yourself to be articulate with excellent grammar • Highly organised and demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload • You are not afraid to assist with other areas of the business if there is a demand for extra work
