Job Description

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and well-educated individual to join their highly corporate and reputable organization as an ecommerce Administrator. The Administrator will be an integral part of the Fulfilment team carrying out regular tasks specific to that area. The opportunity is suited to someone driven and capable, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills, an eye for detail and an interest in the ecommerce domain.

Responsibilities of the ecommerce Administrator include:

· Supporting the team with claims processing, duties and responsibilities will include:

·Carrier claims are required when parcels are lost or damaged in transit by a carrier (Delivery Company) and financial reimbursement is required.

·This role will involve submitting claims to each of our carrier partners, each with a different claims process.

·Role also works closely with Customer Services (CS), as CS are the first point of contact for customer-carrier escalations.

· Invoice processing

· Claims processing

· Market Analysis

· Maintenance of reports

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful ecommerce Administrator must possess: · Excellent knowledge and skill with Excel and Word · Exceptional attention to detail · Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills . A proactive, positive attitude and be comfortable suggesting ideas to improve efficiency and performance Experience: Claims: 2 years (Preferred).
