Deal with different banking systems on a daily basis
Provide administrative support to team members
Manage the client service experience from start to finish
Ensure smooth progress of the application for clients
Record all conversations and correspondence on specific CRM systems
Gather original documents from clients, as required by the banks
Load documents onto the system within the required compliance timescales
Scan specific documents onto the system
Be responsible for ensuring the final file meets the required Compliance standards
Make sure all work meets the required FCA compliance standards
Contact existing clients as instructed by the Company Directors
Review clients circumstances and products
Assist the team with any other duties, as reasonably requested
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have worked within a finance, mortgage or similar industry background previously Be focused and hard working Have great customer services and be passionate on delivering a great service Work well under pressure Be a great multitasker and able to prioritise work loads Have previous administrative experience
