Customer Service and Accounts Administrator Responsibilities
As the Customer Service and Accounts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for external customers across EMEA
- Generating quotes and responding to customer queries
- Coordinating stock and liaising with the warehouse
- Generating invoices
- Creating new supplier and customer accounts on the internal CRM
- Adding new items to the website and preparing marketing communications
