Job Description

You will assist the wider team with customer service and administrative tasks, with the opportunity to grow your role moving forward.

Customer Service and Accounts Administrator Responsibilities

As the Customer Service and Accounts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

-       Acting as the first point of contact for external customers across EMEA

-       Generating quotes and responding to customer queries

-       Coordinating stock and liaising with the warehouse

-       Generating invoices

-       Creating new supplier and customer accounts on the internal CRM

-       Adding new items to the website and preparing marketing communications


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and have previous office-based work experience. You welcome personal and professional development, learning new things and be comfortable working with a variety of IT systems. Fluent French or German language skills would be advantageous but are by no means essential.
