Your day to day duties as an Administrator will entail the following:
Generating damage letters and invoices
Responding to customer queries by phone and email
Providing advice, guidance and support to customers to ensure a positive experience
Sorting post and filing
Completing general administrative duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of plant hire industry desirable but not essential Customer Service experience Confident user of IT packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience of database input (with good pace and accuracy) Experience of telephone communications and dealing with potential difficult situations Commercial insight
