Job Description

Your day-to-day tasks would include (but not limited to) the following:

  • A friendly and approachable manner, with confident communication skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Good administration and keyboard skills – system training will be provided
  • A proven track record in confidentiality, flexibility and reliability
  • Being a secondary lead on a number of client accounts by working with the primary, client and team to achieve their digital marketing goals
  • Producing reports on the performance of paid search campaigns & advising on changes
  • Coming up with ideas for client website content including blogs, surveys, additional pages
  • Executing digital marketing strategies for clients and measuring the performance
  • Setting up Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising paid search campaigns
  • Optimizing paid search campaigns in Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising
  • Considering new ideas/opportunities that will work well for your clients of the company as a whole
  • Writing engaging website content for clients’ sites, including blogs, landing and ‘normal’ web pages
  • Analyzing website performance and help to improve performance to meet the clients’ KPIs
  • Liaising with clients to explain their performance reports & the work we are undertaking and to advise them of the actions and tasks they need to complete to assist us with our work.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Degree qualified, or able to demonstrate an equivalent ability level. 2:1 degree in Marketing or able to demonstrate an equivalent ability level. Client facing experience. Working as part of a team. Experience working in Marketing or Digital Marketing. Experience working in an agency environment. Experience of recruitment activities. Working closely to support an organization’s leader. Experience of Google Ads & Microsoft Ads. Essential Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Techy savvy in use of tools and systems that improve efficiency.Desirable DropBox Google Drive HubSpot CRM Search Engine Optimization Google Analytics PPC Excellent written and spoken English. Impressive interpersonal skills both internally and externally to the business. Can handle complex multi-diary management and scheduling. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all mediums. Highly numerate. Strong decision-making skills. Ability to see areas for process improvement and the skills to implement. Essential Highly organized and structured in working methods. Able to work confidentially and with discretion. Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude with the desire and ability to achieve. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional manner. Thrives on being a key part of success and wants to be part of a success story. Very good attention to detail. Ability to plan as well as adapt to changing needs and situations. Desire to train and develop skill sets. Be legally able to work in the UK. Able to work remotely with occasional visits to the office.
