Job Description

Reporting into the Financial Controller, responsibilities will include:

  • Raising quotations for jobs and efficiently processing the receipt of customer purchase orders.
  • Raising supplier purchase orders, and sending to suppliers.
  • Liaising with the project team to ensure any queries are resolved.
  • Raising sales invoices and ensuring all project billing is completed within month end submission.
  • Assisting the project finance team with preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports.

Ability to use spreadsheets to interpret and collate financial data Excellent communication skills Excellent numerical and computer literacy skills Strong Attention to detail
