Job Description

The responsibility of the Logistics Administrator is to provide administration support to the warehouse operation, managing key customer transactions on a day to day basis. This is more than just order processing, as you will be managing the customer requirements, queries, stock and expectations every day. You need to be able to work at a fast pace, have excellent communication skills, manage queries, problem solve and be able to manage the customers service requirements every day.

You will be the link between the customer and Operations and will ensure all customer orders being dispatched from the warehouse are done so in a qualitative, correct and professional manner and in accordance with Maxim and Customer requirements / procedures.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The Successful candidate will be - Numerate and IT Literate - Accurate - a strong attention to detail is vital in this role. - Experienced at interfacing with a variety of customer stakeholders; taking ownership on queries and issues raised, investigating and responding accurately and professionally. - Clear and concise communicator - Keen to learn and follow internal processes - Responsible and reliable Experience: B2B Customer Service : 3 years (Required). Education: A-Level or equivalent (Preferred).
