Assist in maintaining and updating internal laboratory information systems
Management of Sub-Con process to include results and data entry, scheduling, chasing, receipting and updating using appropriate software
Maintaining/monitoring the Sub-contract application
Review of Sub-Con invoices, negotiation of rates and performance stats
Intercompany trading and sub-contracting to manage a solution to various client projects
Keeping audit trails in relation to customer testing requirements and communication records
Supporting internal and external customers in utilizing ALS’ online databases
Providing technical assistance and support for internal and external customers
Assisting the wider Sales Support, Sales and Client Services departments with other adhoc duties required
