Job Description
  •  Act as the organisations the first point of contact, by providing responsive and efficient service for general external and internal telephone, email and mail inquiries
  • Assisting with website maintenance and development
  • Maintain accurate activity, contact, and information of stakeholders in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Assisting with communications and media activities
  • Office Support
  • Providing PA support to the Deputy CEO and National Tutoring Partners Director (incl. diary management, meeting arrangements, expenses and travel arrangements)
  • Producing briefings for the Partners Director on important topics
  • Supporting other members of the team with specific tasks (e.g. grants set-up, expenses and travel arrangements), as and when required.
  • Filing and recording of grant documentation and other communications
  • Drawing up grant and evaluation agreements
  • Governance
  • Organising and collating information for committee meetings
  • Minute-taking at committee meetings.

Essential Requirements for the role: 
The below would be advantageous to candidates if they able to be demonstrated: 
• Ideally, be educated to a Degree level with proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Adept at building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders, work with and relate to people at all levels.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills, communicating with stakeholders, reports, support materials, correspondence and policy briefing/paper writing skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience with CRM software, like SalesForce
• Intermediate / advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently, able to use own initiative.
