Job Description

THE ROLE AS AN ADMINISTRATOR:

  • Arrange Purchase Orders.
  • Taking responsibility for communication about deliveries and lead times with relevant   departments throughout the business
  • Checking order confirmations and updating our ERP with the relevant data, including shipping & delivery dates, prices & quantities
  • Managing the stock delivery and logistics processes from purchase through to delivery including regular contact with suppliers by phone and coordinating deliveries as required.
  • Maintain Internal Stock Levels for Group PPE Equipment Teams.
  • Assisting with regular stock checks and update ERP systems
  • Assisting the Procurement Team with day-to-day Administrative Support.
  • Providing support and cover for colleagues within the department when needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills, written and over the phone. Good IT literacy and ability to use most standard Microsoft packages. Excellent organisational skills. Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working within a team or on own initiative.
