We are an engineering company in Croydon and are looking for an Office Administrator.
The job is very varied so you must be adaptable and work well on your own but also in a team. Some of the duties of the role are:
· Answering calls and dealing with queries
· Sending over invoices and chasing payments from our head office
· Sorting out customer and supplier accounts queries
· Liaising with Payroll company on any queries
· Ad hoc tasks for General Manager and MD
· Ordering Stationary and keep stock of stationary
· Filing and archiving
· Keeping staff records up to date
· Sending all employees working hours over to Payroll
· Note taking in meetings
· Liaising with outsourced companies i.e cleaners, IT, photocopier etc.
· General Admin and Office duties
We are looking for someone who is honest, reliable, with a pleasant persona and has a good sense of humour. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am to 1pm. The salary is £13K to £17.7K p.a dependant on age and experience, 4 weeks paid holiday plus bank holidays and pension.
