You’ll mainly be involved in our new starter process, making sure that all new starters have a fantastic onboarding experience. So that means offer letters, contracts of employment and variations to contracts, making sure accurate personal details are added to systems and all pre-employment checks are conducted correctly. You’ll be working closely with our Resourcing Manager to make sure that all offers are processed on time, as well as our L&D Manager so that all new starters are ready for their journey.

This is mostly a remote role where you’ll be working from home, but you will need to be able to travel to our Head Office in Nottingham when required (so it’s probably easier for you if you live within a good commuting distance). This is a part time role working 25hrs a week across 5 days.
