Duties:
Audio type correspondence via digital dictation
Liaise with other departments to provide necessary support
Update land registry
Arrange meetings and take accurate minutes
Respond to telephone and email queries and take detailed messages
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Typing speeds exceeding 50 words per minute. Knowledge or experience of residential conveyancing to a confident level. Strong telephone manner. Able to meet strict timescale deadlines. Passionate about developing a career within a legal setting.
