The role of the Administrator will include:
Collating papers
Arranging Team meetings
Liaising with attendees and speakers
Communicating regularly to members
Preparing agendas
Formatting documents
Conference planning - booking and liaising with venues

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideal applicants for this role will be available to start immediately. You will be a self-starter who needs little direct supervision and comfortable starting a new assignment. You will have strong IT skills, and quick to learn basic new systems, accurate with good attention to detail and a strong communicator. Someone with initiative who is happy to take ownership of tasks from start to finish. Ideal applicants will have experience using SurveyMonkey and Mailchimp, but not essential.
