Job Description
We are looking for someone who is passionate about numbers to join our busy Finance Team.
We are a growing company so are looking for someone with a can do attitude who will hit the ground running.
This role initially includes:
- Processing timesheets and preparing hours for payroll
- Processing purchase invoices for both subcontractors and suppliers
- General administration & office duties
- Answering Telephone calls for department
- Processing purchase invoices for both subcontractors and suppliers
- Posting credit card transactions
The role will develop with experience and as the business grows to include:
- Creating, processing and issuing sales invoices
- Use of customer portals to process invoices
- Dealing with customer invoice queries
- Managing the purchase ledger
- Dealing with supplier/subcontractor queries
- Processing bank payments
Successful applicants should have:
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
- GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification)
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a team-player as well as having the initiative to work productively alone
- Be innovative
You will be based in our Watford office working Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch break

Salary can be negotiated based on experience.
