Job Description

Duties include greeting patients, answering phones, handling and responding to correspondence, maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments.

Will not be expected to work weekends.

Only if holiday cover required.

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience: Medical Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred).
