The role of the Technical Assurance Administrator is to ensure all assets, purchasing, policies, configuration data and audit evidence is accurately collated, processed, stored, reviewed and updated across the MHR Cloud Services hosting team.
Manage and maintain a configuration and asset database.
Provide governance and compliance support, supplying evidence as required in line with SOC2, ISO standards and customer audit requirements.
Work with internal assurance teams and Cloud Service technical teams to ensure audit requirements are understood and adhered to across the Cloud Services team.
Manage and maintain a document library for all operational procedures and policies.
Support technical teams to produce and maintain technical procedure documentation.
Manage change management processes ensuring changes are accurately recorded and progressed.
Assist in hardware and software purchasing, ensuring all procurement is accurately recorded and support contracts are in place for all business-critical assets.
Manage and maintain Supplier lists and assist the assurance team with new supplier on-boarding.
Maintain an accurate risk register in conjunction with the business assurance team.
Ensure standard policies and procedures are in place, reviewed and maintained.
Contribute to the regular internal and external audits activities related to the department to ensure operational procedures are being followed.
Review procedures and suggest improvements on a regular basis.
