Job Description

Your key duties will include producing analysis for commercial projects as well as commercial insight on business performance both at a departmental level and in total to report to Group. Accurate forecasting in driving business decisions and you will be accountable for monthly forecasting as well as annual budgeting. You will establish/add KPIs to what is already in place; always looking for ways to improve. Along with providing insight and analysis to the business and departmental leads on a regular basis; providing first class commercial business partnering and analysis. You will analyse management accounts, assist in process/system improvements, support day-to-day and monthly accounting duties when needed along with being involved in a range of ad-hoc projects to support business growth. As mentioned, the position will be tailored around the right finance professional to allow them to develop further in there accounting career.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered for this exciting Commercial Accountant opportunity you will have experience within a similar role, part-qualified/finalist ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience with a highly commercial driven mind-set. You will have strong attention to detail, key MS Excel skills, enjoy analysing data providing insights to others and be able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties. You will ideally have experience with improving processes/systems and be comfortable presenting/talking to the business/senior management on regular basis. You will be able to manage workloads to be meet deadlines.
