Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience within Financial Services. This is a full-time permanent position based in the Centre of Nottingham.

Your usual day to day duties will consist of -

  • Approval of Payments where required.
  • Maintenances of accounts/cashbooks.
  • Updating all procedures for client money.
  • Preparing CMAR for review.
  • Arranging payments of regular savers/ advisor charging/ regular investors.
  • Work within the Transfer Agency department to identify all payments received and ensure all payments are accurate.
  • Act as Client Money supervision cover when required and approve client money transfers as a second approver.
  • Preparation of payments for management fees.
  • Maintenance of Client Money/OPS/Distribution cashbooks and accounts.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good level of education GCSE/ A Level. Good knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Reconciliation experience is advantageous. Previous Financial Services experience is essential. Professional attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Possess an analytical approach to tasks. Good numerical skills and an interest in Finance. Experience: Financial Services: 2 years (Required). Reconciliation : 1 year (Preferred).
