Pay Roll Administrator

Location; Potters Bar

Salary - £19K to £22K per annum dependant on experience plus annual leave

Working days: Monday to Friday

Background

Our client is a successful driver recruitment company seeking to hire an ambitious and bright Payroll Administrator to join their busy finance team in their new offices located close to Potters Bar train station.

The role

As a payroll administrator, your duties will include:

  • Setting up Temps on payroll system
  • Setting up clients on payroll system
  • Uploading documents to payroll system
  • Preparing & entering time sheets
  • Entering payroll onto system
  • Validating payroll
  • Producing invoices and payslips
  • Chasing queries from both temps and clients
  • Speaking to clients and chasing up payment of invoices

Skills & Experience

To be considered for the role you must have a good understanding of pay roll management systems and have held a similar role in the past.

You must also possess good communication skills and enjoy working with all kinds of people including, work colleagues, customers and our drivers. You must be well organised and possess an attention to detail.

This role will suit someone who is flexible and open minded, have a “can do attitude” be willing to learn new skills and become a team player.

Knowledge of languages and in particular Romanian is desirable but not essential for the role.
