Job Description
  • Diary management for one or more of our Advisers/Wealth Managers
  • Managing a constantly changing and complex diaries, anticipate and resolve any conflicts without referral
  • Liaising with clients to ensure meetings run according to plan
  • Preparing and checking outgoing internal and external correspondence and reports, including confidential and sensitive information ensuring attention to detail.
  • Providing administrative support to the Advisers; including detailed meeting pack preparation, business submission, client requests, etc.
  • Submitting and progressing client cases with providers and St. James’s Place Admin Centre’s
  • Organizing and host office visits and events, including coordinating the briefing and material
  • Maintaining accurate records of client correspondences using CRM systems

The Package:

  • £18,000 - £20,000 – OTE £25,000+
  • Mon – Fri – office hours
  • Remote working option available but will be expected to occasionally go in the office (must be no more than 40 mints drive from the office)
  • Lots of incentives and company interactive zooms I.e. - quizzes and cooking with a Michelin star chef
  • 5% Pension
  • Rising holiday entitlement starting at 20 days + 8 bank holidays
  • Death in service

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We would like to hear from you if you have experience working as an Administrator within a professional environment. Experience in Financial Services – Mortgages, Life Insurance or Wealth Management as an – Admin, Administrator, Case Manager, Processor. You must be ambitious, driven and dynamic. Committed to sitting exams to progress your career.
