Job Description
Accounts & Admin Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and manager a team of 6 ensuring all day to day responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and professional manner in line with Company values.
Raising Purchase Orders, processing delivery notes, liaising with suppliers, Support Office and IT to resolve queries and problems.
Report queries relating to till miscellaneous/open items.
Input periodic stock take results into SAP.
Help the Site Director in reviewing and controlling GP’s at site, to include reviewing period end accruals and liaising with Finance in Support office as required.
Aid the Site Director with reviewing periodic P&L results for site and attendance at accounts reviews with the Area Director, as necessary.
Ensure financial and loss prevention controls are in place throughout trading units; wastage/transfers/cash shortage/good receive process.
Cover for the cash office as required, including management of Cash Office team.
Ensure cash handling regarding Gaming Policies and Procedures are fully compliant.
Help the Site Director with some basic HR tasks and processes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous operational experience within a catering or retail environment is desirable. Able to communicate confidentially at all levels A minimum of 2 years previous experience of financial administration and leading a team. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to effectively analyse data. Experience with Excel and the ability to read a Profit and loss report. Good problem solving skills. Organised and able to manage a team to deliver accurate information in a timely manner. Available to work Bank Holidays and weekends. Management experience desirable. Previous experience of PO processing and account payable desirable. Experience of using SAP desirable.
