We are looking for some to join our client's business as an Analytical Sales Administrator. This is a 12 month contract with possibility of extension for the right candidate at the end.
The role is based just outside of Meriden therefore access to your own transport is desired.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be working closely with the Commercial Director to help with the whole sales function from proposal through to onboarding.
You will be analyzing sales data and will helping to compile reports through Excel and also the company's CRM system.
You will be producing reports for the whole sales team and will be working mainly with internal stakeholders.
You will provide system administration for CRM system adn will be looking to support on new business leads.
Duties will include
Delivering daily/weekly/monthly sales forecasts vs actual sales
Reporting on KPIs for lead conversion, opportunity tracking and sales cycles.
Aiming to streamline all sales processes
Extraction and presentation of data ensuring validity, accuracy and that the data is up to date
Trying to streamline sales processes

The salary for this role is £26,000
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Data. You must also have excellent Excel skills. You should enjoy producing stats and graphs to aid the forecasts and sales of the business. You should also have excellent communication skills in order to help with presentations to the rest of the team. Experience of working with and developing IT platforms would be desired.Ability to commute/relocate: Coventry CV4 7AL (Preferred). Experience: Sales administration: 3 years (Preferred).
