Job Description

We are looking for an experienced manager to oversee our unit for Adults with Learning  Disabilities and Autism. This is made up of one 4 bed unit, and one 12 bed unit in the Hereford area. You will manage across the two properties and will ensure quality care at all times.

The entire site is set on 6 acres of land and boasts a sensory garden for the service users to enjoy.

One of the units has been rated good across all areas, the other however the other one is unfortunately rates inadequate or requires improvement. We are looking to get the balance right! So, we are looking for someone with string skills to come in and take control of the second unit, and turn the service around.

Thus is a fantastic project for someone who is looking for their next challenge.
This is a 9-5 Monday to Friday role, with some flexibility expected.
