Job Description

Our Client is a leading international automotive parts manufacturer.

They are looking to recruit a Head of Accounts Payable and Receivable with circa 3 to 5 years post qualification experience.

This is a challenging position working closely with a small team in-house and also external agency personnel.

You will be responsible for ensuring correct and timely booking of invoices, sales, payments and receipts.

Track deliverable status from outsourced agency.

Manage the Agency personnel

Some of the tasks involved:

• Tax and employee payable account reconciliation
• cash flow preparation and forecasting
• Bank reconciliation
• Vendor reconciliation monitoring etc.
• You will coordinate and review both in-house and agency personnel work and ensure transactions are posted within KPIs.

The salary is negotiable.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will ideally have a formal accounting qualification of ACCA or ACMA.. Must have at least 3 to 5 year post qualified experience. Good knowledge and exposure to accounting systems and AP, AR processes.
