Job Description

This role entails controlling the whole of the expense ledger, including the utilities, rental, employee expenses, stock and stationary supplies. You will be responsible for all matching, batching & coding of invoices, plus the payment of suppliers and the reconciliation of the supplier statements. You will be taking responsibility for the expenses of 5 sites in total.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will need to have experience of not only purchase ledger, but of processing the utility invoices too. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, great communication skills and be a strong team player. This Accounts Payable Clerk will thrive on working in a fast paced environment and reflect this in their daily commitment to the business.
