Job Description

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will need to have previous experience dealing with stock and strong excel skills. This is a great opportunity to join SME business which is fast paced.

Purchase Ledger Cleck Responsibilities:

· Inputting purchase ledger invoices onto the register

· Allocating a nominal code to the ledger

· Matching GRN to invoices

· Chasing any invoices that have not been authorized

· Reconciling monthly statements

· Payments runs

· Preparing accruals spreadsheet monthly, intrastat arrival list and weekly payments list

· Liaising with the purchasing team to help resolve supplier invoice/GRN queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· 5 years + previous experience in a purchase ledger role · Excellent excel skills (Vlook ups / Pivot Tables) · Experience dealing involving stock · A successful track record of accuracy within a fast-paced environment
