As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will need to have previous experience dealing with stock and strong excel skills. This is a great opportunity to join SME business which is fast paced.
Purchase Ledger Cleck Responsibilities:
· Inputting purchase ledger invoices onto the register
· Allocating a nominal code to the ledger
· Matching GRN to invoices
· Chasing any invoices that have not been authorized
· Reconciling monthly statements
· Payments runs
· Preparing accruals spreadsheet monthly, intrastat arrival list and weekly payments list
· Liaising with the purchasing team to help resolve supplier invoice/GRN queries
