Are you working in practice and have achieved your level 4 AAT qualification? Interested in hearing about a growing business that can provide you with the opportunity of managing and developing juniors?

We are looking for someone like you to join a successful business services practice near Bristol. They are continuing to grow and are therefore looking for someone to take on the following responsibilities:

• Managing your own portfolio of clients whilst being supported by advisors around the business
• Accounts preparation and tax returns for your clients including sole traders, partnerships and LLPs
• Mentor and develop juniors through delegation and providing ongoing training
• VAT returns and payroll reviews
• Managing monthly targets for your team

Ideally, you will have the following:

• AAT level 4 qualified - this role will require you to be the main point of contact for your clients so knowledge at this level is ideal
• Experience within a practice environment for at least 2 years
• Accounts preparation experience
• Completion of payroll and VAT returns
• Good tax knowledge
• Strong ability with accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks
