Job Description

Communicate is currently partnered with an instantly recognizable high-end UK retail brand as they search for a Senior Group Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience at a listed business and in the retail/ecommerce industry. Although this year has not been an easy one for any retail brand, you will be joining at an exciting point in their journey as they transition into a new model focused on ecommerce and online sales. Due to the technical requirements of this role you must be a fully qualified accountant from a practice background and have extensive UK technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/UK GAAP). Any experience working in multinational organisations is also highly desirable. This role is being offered for an initial 6 month contract on the basis that the successful candidate can be offered a permanent position within the business if all expectations are met for the duration of the contract. You must be immediately available/able to start a new role from 31st August. This role is being advertised at £350pd but could stretch to £400pd depending on experience/suitability.
