• Leading large scale transformations.
• Lead and empower a team of programme and project managers.
• Auditing and delivery of PMO activities.
• Make improvements through business change activities.
• Implement frameworks which include risk, health and evaluation of projects and programmes.
• Provide expertise in methodology and practices.
• Report and audit on business case changes.
• Act as a single POC for programme information and communicate up to board level.
