Job Description

Our client seeks someone with experience and willingness to grow and develop within Tax. They seek the right person, someone who is keen to develop the Tax department, able to build relationships with clients and to fit well into the team. To this end, they are open minded as to the specific level of experience that will be considered, from part qualified to highly experienced Manager level.

Duties:

• Complete and submit 450 Tax Returns comprising sole trader, partnerships, directors and investment type (mainly property income), around 5 Trust TRs
• Check, complete and submit corporation tax returns: around 170
• Complete and submit around 30 P11d forms
• Oversee 6 payrolls
• Answer misc queries: VAT PAYE CT IT
• Handle HMRC enquiries: not usually more than 1 or 2 per annum
• VAT registrations for clients
• General client support
• Manage and develop a Tax junior
