The successful candidate will be someone with experience within the horticultural industry, who is happy to head a small team of staff to ensure the customer orders are fulfilled on time to an excellent standard, maintain and make improvements to their growing nursery site.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Applicants will have good management skills, good knowledge of horticulture and excellent time keeping. They would be happy to be very hands on as it is a small team and the team work together in all weathers. A 'can do’ and 'lead from the front’ attitude is also considered essential. A forklift certificate would be advantageous.
