Job Description

You must come from a construction background ideally Office fit-outs but not essential.

• You will be responsible for the operations on site
• Working to deadlines
• Managing the subcontractors
• Dealing with Tradesman
• Managing the health and safety on-site and working to regulations
• The ability to get stuck in where needed and help out everyone and over to oversee all aspects
• You must have the ability to communicate on all levels is a must
• To be computer literate
• You must have good planning and numerical skills
• Be responsible and able to manage people
• A good motivator
• Able to solve problems
