Job Description

• Ensuring the smooth delivery and erection of our oak frames and insulated encapsulation systems on site.
• Working with architects and contractors employed by our clients; as well as the business managers, designers, carpenters and site crew.
• Surveying sites prior to deliver; inspecting and signing off work.
• Thinking both logically and laterally to find solutions to problems and communicating these clearly.
• Reading and understanding architectural and construction drawings, combining these with practical skills knowledge to find solutions.
• Managing the contract; tracking, recording and reporting the progress of each project.
• Ensuring that stage payments are collected when they are due.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

• Great customer facing experience, it is essential that you are able to represent Oakwrights at every turn, and make our clients dreams come true.
• It would be ideal if you came from a construction background.
• Microsoft Office - principally Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint.
• Interest in Green Oak Framing and Modern Methods (off-site) of Construction.
• The ability to read, interpret and process technical information and drawings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good time management and of a self-motivated nature.
• Honest, open and able to take responsibility for your actions and decisions.
• The ability to describe and explain technical information concisely and clearly to the layperson.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
