Job Description
  • We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Handler (Account Manager) to join our team located in our Ludlow office. This is the perfect role for someone with previous Account Handling experience looking to join a market leader within this field.

We will rely on you to:

  • Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Manage all day to day queries, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
  • Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
  • Work with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
  • Strive to meet sales goals by partnering with Account Executives
  • Maintains a detailed understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients

What you need to have:

  • Previous experience within Insurance Account Handling, ideally with Commercial/Farming
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy working within a culture of continuous improvement, from both an individual and team focus
  • Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
  • Articulate with strong communication and time management abilities
