Our businesses offer the rental and sale of specialist products and associated services to a diverse range of end markets, including construction, civil engineering, rail, water, oil and gas, outdoor events and house building.
Our Long Eaton Shared Service Centre currently has a vacancy for a Management Accountant to join their team. The successful applicant will provide robust and continuously improving accounting and management information, to the businesses using the shared service Centre.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful in this role you will be part qualified in a qualification such as ACCA or CIMA, and you may already be AAT qualified or similar. We are requiring 1-3 years’ experience in a Management Accounting, Financial accounting or Record to Report role. Positive attitude and desire to take responsibility for quality of customer service provided. Ability to work independently, take initiative, switch between tasks, set priorities and see projects through to completion. Clear evidence of working to deadlines in a time pressured situation. A hands-on approach to achieving targets and hitting deadlines. Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to change in priorities. Experience of previous process improvement in an organization. A high degree of competence in Microsoft Excel. Good communicator at all levels.
