Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
* Developing the marketing plan and strategy in line with company objectives.
* Manage the company's marketing budget, determining forecast expenditure for FY.
* Ensure the delivery of marketing activity is within agreed budget and time frames.
* Works with marketing staff to plan, develop and oversee marketing campaigns, for internal and external marketing objectives.
* Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
* Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
* Planning and managing the launch of new products.
* Monitor the effectiveness of Google Ads accounts.
* Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
* Monitor, review and report on marketing activity and results to senior executives, to maintain effective internal communications.
* Liaise with external agencies (PR, design and printing).
* Overall responsibility for brand management and developing overall brand awareness internally and externally.
* Organise and attend exhibitions as and when required.
* Proof reading marketing content.
* Provide support to the marketing team - carrying out marketing tasks where required.
