Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience in a similar position. Previous experience of improving working practices in the home Good leadership skills, high work ethic and positive approach NVQ level 4 or 5 Registered Manager Award, is beneficial, but not essential Experience with an elderly care is a must Qualified Nurse
