- Management of Sales Progression team, which will involve delivering results, observing and providing feedback to the team on a daily basis, offering training to members of the team where applicable, carrying out 1-2-1s on a monthly basis and reporting management information to Directors.
- Liaising with Vendors and Purchasers to ensure smooth and quick transition to exchange of contracts
- Providing regular updates to all parties
- Chasing Solicitors, Mortgage companies and other Estate Agents involved in the transaction
- Forecast and achieve monthly results
- Maintaining up-to-date customer records
- Dealing with a high case load
