Accounts preparation and bookkeeping duties, including preparation of financial statements and bank reconciliation;
Resolve and manage audit queries;
Ensure robust financial control in line with relevant reporting standards/company policies;
Continuous review of accounting processes/systems, suggesting improvements where required;
Mentor, motivate and develop junior members of the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Newly qualified (ACA/ACCA) or finalist; Proven accounts preparation or audit track record; Upper-intermediate Excel proficiency (V look ups/Pivot tables); Excellent communications skills and the ability to adapt to a fast paced company environment.
