Job Description

The Finance & Accountancy Division at SF Recruitment is exclusively working for a manufacturing business in recruiting for a Company Accountant.

The Company Accountant will be reporting in to the Managing Director and will be responsible for:
1. Producing month end accounts and consolidating intercompany accounts
2. Reviewing costs against budgets/forecasts and performing variance analysis
3. Assisting with the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
4. Month end reconciliations
5. Purchase and sales ledger
6. Payroll
7. Ad hoc internal reporting on a weekly and monthly basis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Qualified ACCA/ CIMA or Qualified by Experience 2. Good technical accounting knowledge 3. Ability to work to strict deadlines 4. Both management and financial accounting experience 5. Competent in using Excel
