Job Description

This opportunity would be suited for professionals who have experience both in Audit and Industry. Ideally, the candidate will have had exposure working within a firm or audited an FCA regulated client.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will have a wide remit and opportunity to develop their scope and skill-set. You will have ample opportunities to business partner with the corporate finance function as well as the wider firm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Annual Preparation of financial statements and monthly preparation of management accounts in accordance with IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Provide accounting advice on new transactions and structures.
- Work with external auditors acting as the key contact for any queries.
- Support data integrity and quality of output for monthly financial statements and reports.
- Create efficiencies through continuous improvement of processes
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as they arise
- Support Corporate Tax computation process with the in-house Tax team
