Your role will be to oversee the daily activity of the Accounts team, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met.
Accounts/Finance Duties Include:
Recruit, train, manage, develop and above all motivate staff.
Management of the monthly accounts processes to ensure deadlines are met.
Oversee the efficient running of the nominal, sales & purchase ledgers.
Oversee the preparation and timely submission of PAYE / VAT / P11D's / P60's / P46 Car / PSA.
Assist FA with annual budget production & end of year audit preparation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience within accounts and supervisory experience of team members is essential. You must be CIMA / ACCA or ACA qualified Ability to multi-task whilst working under pressure to strict deadlines is essential. Driven individual that strives for accuracy and improvement in all areas at all times. Ability to interact with others in a busy, open plan office.
