Job Description

Inspect and measure specified incoming product, record defects and reasons for rejection including packaging issues. Ensuring Joules product is fit for purpose before it reaches the consumer.
Responsibilities also include:-

• Working with technical specs and size charts
• Measuring garments
• Working with other departments such as technical and distribution on all product issues.
• Recording information on faulty product and sharing with the relevant parties including photographs where necessary
• Organizing the movement of product with the help of the DC logistics team
• The ability to lower the rejection rate with a thorough understanding of quality
• Monitoring daily returns and processing dispatch notes
• Processing daily returns - check the details / reason on the fault ticket using fault codes
• Assessing product for repairing
• Carrying out repairs
• Relocating the stock on the systems

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
