Job Description

A person in this role will have to prepare management accounts and reports in accurate and timely manner for senior management.
Moreover, Management Accountant will manage day to day operations, lead the finance team and ensure that process efficiency and controls are maximized at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guide the accurate and timely production of all financial reports in line with Group reporting deadlines, support and guide to deliver accurate budgets and cost saving initiatives.
• Support management when necessary with internal & external report pack production.
• Ensure compliance with accounting processes and policies and other regularity matters including taxation statutory returns within nation state.
• Participate in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.
• Experience or capacity to act as a Project Lead on Finance Projects
• Report to Finance Project Review Board as Project Lead on Finance Projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Educated to degree level or qualified by experience. CIMA / ACCA or qualified by experience. Significant relevant experience in computerized accounting environment. Some supervisory/ management experience would be an advantage. At least intermediate Excel skills (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot tables, etc.). Experience in cooperating with departments from various locations.
